Hamilton Police Service is investigating a Fail to Remain motor vehicle fatality

On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at 5:30 pm, Hamilton Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Hope Avenue and Kenilworth Avenue North.

A female pedestrian approximately 40 years old was struck by a vehicle and succumbed to her injuries at the Hamilton General Hospital.

The vehicle was located and the driver was arrested.

The investigation is continuing by the Collision Reconstruction Unit.
