Motorcycles and stolen trailer recovered during traffic stop

On June 15, 2018, shortly after 2:00 p.m., Hamilton Police B.E.A.R unit and H.E.A.T units were in the area of Head Street and Mill Street in Dundas investigating criminal activity.
Police conducted a traffic stop on a Dodge Ram pick-up truck that was pulling a stolen trailer. Police arrested the driver and passenger for possession over $5000. Police searched the motor vehicle and trailer and located two stolen motorcycles.
As a result of this investigation Tyler Waldschmidt 32-years of Hamilton and David Peters 38-years of Simcoe, have been each charged with Possession over $5000 X 3.
