Pawn Shop Robbery Suspect to Identify

Hamilton Police B.E.A.R Unit is asking for assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a Robbery at a local pawn shop.

On March 7, 2019, shortly before 4:52 p.m., an employee was out front of Pawn Kings located at 1418 Main Street East in Hamilton when two masked suspects approached the store. One of the suspects grabbed the employee and put his hands behind his back and then pushed him inside the store, while the other suspect entered the store and confronted a second employee. Once inside the store, they stole money and merchandise before fleeing on foot.

There were no reported injuries.

Suspect #1

  • East Indian male, 30-40’s in age
  • 6'2 - 6'3", 220lbs, dark hair
  • Wearing a black ski mask with the mouth covered, black bomber style coat and possibly wearing sunglasses

Suspect #2

  • Possibly Asian or East Indian, 30-40’s in age
  • 5'4 - 5' 5", 120-130lbs,
  • Possibly wearing black sunglasses and a toque
