On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, a 77-year-old pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle while crossing  Fennell Avenue East, west of Upper Wellington Street.

It is with sadness that the Hamilton Police announces that the male pedestrian involved in this collision has succumbed to his injuries

The collision remains under investigation.
