Phillip Mullen was last seen leaving his family home at 1:45 p.m. on October 4, 1998. Mr. Mullen drove to Niagara Falls and parked his vehicle in a Niagara Parks Authority parking lot. Mr. Mullen suffers from Parkinson’s disease and has been without his medication since his disappearance.

Phillip Mullen is described as a white male, 6’2 (188 cm), 220 lbs (100 kg), white hair, blue eyes, glasses, wearing a green golf jacket, green/yellow short-sleeve shirt, brown pants and beige shoes.
