Police Investigate Break and Enter/Hate Crime

Hamilton Police are seeking the public’s assistance in an ongoing investigation into a commercial break and enter.

On Thursday, June 29, 2023, two individuals broke into an elementary school located in the area of Mud Street West and First Road West in Stoney Creek. While on site, the suspects stole and set fire to a Pride flag. 

The suspect also attempted to gain entry into sea containers from a construction site nearby. 

Police are attempting to identify the occupants of a black Nissan Rogue.

Suspect One: Male, white, thin build, wearing a red hooded sweater, black track pants and black shoes.

Suspect Two: Male, thin build, wearing gray hooded sweater, grey track pants and black shoes.
