Police Lay Impaired Charges Against a Font Hill Driver

Ford Fusion suffers significant damage and the driver is charged with impaired.

On May 3, 2018, shortly before 11:20 a.m., police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Centennial Parkway between King Street East and Ridge Road in Hamilton.

A Transport truck was travelling southbound on Centennial Parkway in the curb lane when a Ford Fusion operated by a 48-year-old female struck the truck from behind causing significant damage to her car.

The driver and 55-year-old male passenger in the vehicle were transported to the hospital with serious injuries but non-life threatening.

Further investigation resulted in the driver of the Ford Fusion being charged with Impaired Operation and released from custody on a Promise to Appear.

  • Female (48-year-old) resident from Font Hill
