Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Robbery Suspect

Hamilton Police BEAR Unit continues to investigate a commercial store robbery that occurred on Sunday, April 18, 2021 in the area of Centre Mall. If you can identify the suspect, or have any information about the robbery, you are asked to contact police.

On Sunday, April 18, 2021, shortly after 6:30 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to a robbery at a fast-food restaurant in the area of Centre Mall.

Through investigation, police learned a single male suspect attended the store and committed the robbery.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION

  • Male, white
  • 5'9 - 5'10
  • Heavy set, 220–230Ibs
  • Thinning short hair
  • Brown eyes
  • White face mask with a blue/grey outline
  • Black jacket
  • Black pants
  • Backpack (grey/black)
  • Grey gloves

The suspect was last seen fleeing on Barton Street East. He was on foot.

The store employees were not physically injured.

Investigators from the BEAR Unit are appealing for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect in this investigation.
