Road Rage Investigation Results in Seizure of Pellet Gun Drugs and Cash

On Tuesday, September 17, 2019, shortly after 3:30 p.m., police responded to a weapons call on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway. The incident began as a driving dispute and led to one of the drivers pointing what appeared to be a handgun at the other driver. Nobody was injured and the suspect vehicle drove away.

Divisional Detectives continued the investigation and on Wednesday, September 18, the suspect vehicle and driver were located in the area of Upper Wentworth Street and Fennell Avenue East. The driver resisted arrest but was taken into custody without injury to himself or the officer. The vehicle was seized by police and he was searched and found to be in possession of a controlled substance at the time of his arrest.

Hamilton Police applied for a search a warrant and on Friday, September 20, 2019, the warrant was executed on the vehicle. A Daisey Powerline 340 Pellet gun was seized as well as cocaine.

  • Tomas MULIUOLIS, 24-years-of-age, from Hamilton

  • Prohibited weapon (knife)
  • 6.52 grams of cocaine
  • Undisclosed amount of Canadian currency

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Possession of proceeds of crime under $5000
  • Assault Peace Officer
  • Possession of a prohibited weapon
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking-cocaine
