On July 7, 2020, shortly before 4:00 p.m., police responded to a domestic in progress call. The male suspect was armed with a firearm.

Police located the male inside a vehicle in the area of Gage Avenue North and Cannon Street East in Hamilton.

A male sustained significant injury after shots were fired.
