Sexual Assault Suspect for Identification

Hamilton Police continue to investigate a sexual assault that occurred during the early morning hours of Saturday, November 20, 2021 and are seeking the public’s assistance in the identification of the suspect.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. a suspect entered a business in the area of Fennell Avenue East and Upper Sherman Avenue where a lone employee was working. The suspect interacted with the employee and then a sexual assault took place.

At this point in the investigation it is unknown if the victim was targeted.

The suspect is described as;

  • Male, white
  • 23-27 years-of-age
  • 5’7
  • Thin build
  • Dark coloured toque
  • Black Adidas jacket
  • Dark coloured jogging pants
  • Black running shoes.

The suspect was last seen fleeing westbound on Fennell Avenue East.
