Shots fired near King William and Wellington Streets

On June 16, 2018, shortly before 4:00 p.m., police attended the area of King William Street and Wellington Street north, for reports of shots fired.

Witnesses heard a loud bang which sounded like a gunshot and watched a group of 5-6 youths in their late teens or early twenties scatter from the area into multiple directions. A victim has not been located and police are looking for anybody that may have been involved.

Hamilton Police are still investigating.
