Single Motor Vehicle Collision Involving a Pedestrian

Pedestrian transported to hospital after being struck by vehicle on Upper Stoney Creek. 

On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at approximately 9:40 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to a pedestrian involved collision in the area of Terryberry Road. 

A 23-year-old Hamilton man was crossing Terryberry Road on foot and was struck by a motor vehicle. The pedestrian suffered injuries as a result of the collision and was transported to hospital. The pedestrian has since been discharged from hospital and is recovering. 

Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate and are actively seeking any potential witnesses.  Investigators are also requesting any motorists in the area at the time of the collision to check their dash cameras and any residences or businesses in the area with cameras to review their footage.
