Suspicious Person in Red Hill Summit East Park

Hamilton Police are investigating a suspicious person incident at Red Hill Summit East Park.

On Sunday March 31st, 2024, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a male was observed loitering at Red Hill Summit East Park located at 50 Bellagio Avenue in the City of Hamilton. The male eventually took notice of a young male and female and then proceeded to follow them while the two walked home.

At some point, the unknown male reached for the young female’s hand, however did not say anything. The two youths ran home and the male turned and walked away. The male was last seen at Charleswood Crescent and Bellagio Avenue shortly thereafter.

The male is described as approximately 6’2, thin build, tanned skin, wearing a grey sweatshirt with his hood up, black pants, a full black ski mask balaclava and large dark sunglasses. The male also appeared to be carrying a basketball tucked under his sweatshirt.
