Two Arrested for Mountain Commercial Break and Enters

On April 22, 2020, the Hamilton Police BEAR Unit arrested two people for several commercial break and enters that took place on the Hamilton Mountain in the month of April.

Between April 7 and April 21, 2020, nine commercial businesses were targeted for their money and electronics during the evening hours. Upper James and Ancaster was the focused location for these entries.

On Wednesday, April 23, 2020, police identified a 40-year-old male and 39-year-old female to be involved in several business entries. Police executed a search warrant and arrested the couple in their residence and seized property belonging to the businesses.

Police anticipate further charges as the investigation continues.

CHARGED: Patricia Edwards (39-years-old) Hamilton resident

  • Break and Enter

Hudson and Edwards were taken into police custody and held for a bail hearing.
