UPDATE - Pedestrian Hit by Car Suffered Fatal Injuries

On September 9, 2019, a 21-year-old Hamilton pedestrian succumbed to his injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the area of King Street East and Ottawa Street South in Hamilton. His name will not be released out of respect for the family.

On August 21, 2019, shortly before 6:00 p.m., a 21-year-old Hamilton man was attempting to cross the road from the south sidewalk when he was struck by a 2010 Jeep that was travelling westbound by a 45-year-old Hamilton woman.

The investigation is still ongoing and those witnesses who have not yet spoken to police are asked to call the Collision Reconstruction Unit at (905) 546-4753.
