On Tuesday, March 8, 2022, a 67-year-old Hamilton man succumbed to his injuries sustained after his vehicle lost control hitting a concrete pole in the area of Queenston Road near Adair Avenue South on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

Shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, the male was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was driving westbound when his vehicle lost control and hit a concrete pole.

The investigation remains on-going in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.

Hamilton Police will not be releasing the identity of the deceased at this time.
