After continued investigation and with the help of the community, Hamilton Police have arrested and charged a Hamilton man for these incidents.  He is currently in custody and being held for a bail hearing.

Hamilton Police continue to investigate a series of indecent acts in the city, and believe there may be more victims.  It is alleged that the male suspect followed vehicles at various locations in Hamilton, and then proceeded to expose himself from inside his vehicle.
