Update: Hamilton Police Investigating Serious Collision - Upper James Reopened
On February 5, 2022, just shortly after 3:00 pm, the Hamilton Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Upper James Street and Fennell Avenue East. It was reported that a man in his 70s was crossing the street and was struck.
Upper James Street, between Fennell Avenue East and McElroy Road, has now been reopened.
The pedestrian is in critical, but stable condition; the driver remained on-scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
