UPDATE: Police Looking for BMW Involved in Queenston Road Shooting

The vehicle involved in the shooting is still outstanding and police are looking for public assistance in locating it.

On April 13, 2019, shortly before 3:00 a.m., Hamilton Police responded to reports of a shooting incident near the Knights of Columbus Hall at 222 Queenston Road, Hamilton.

As a result of the investigation, the individuals involved in the incident have been arrested and charged. No other suspects are outstanding.

Charged: 29-year-old (female) Hamilton resident

  • Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
  • Careless Use of Firearm
  • Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a firearm
  • Discharge firearm with intent
  • Unauthorized Possession of

Charged: 31-year-old (male) Hamilton resident

  • Careless Use of Firearm
  • Possession of Weapon Dangerous Purpose
  • Carrying Concealed Weapon
  • Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
  • Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
  • Possession Contrary to Order x 4
  • Discharge Firearm with intent

Police continue to investigate this incident and asking for the public assistance in locating the following motor vehicle to aid in their investigation.

  • 2013, white,4-door BMW
  • Ontario license plate: CBVC 135
