Hamilton Police are looking for a 37 year-old male fugitive, Brian Joseph Burt.

As a result of a criminal investigation a warrant has been issued for Burt’s arrest.

BURT is currently facing the following charges:

• Assault Level 1
• Assault with a Weapon
• Mischief under $5000
• Fail to Comply with Release Order

BURT is known to frequent the Hamilton area, but also has ties to the Haldimand Norfolk area.

If he is observed, police ask that members of the public call 9-1-1, do not approach.
