Hamilton Police were involved in an assault investigation dating back to November 2019, which resulted in Derrick MacDonald being charged with the following offences. MacDonald is also wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest with the Niagara Regional Police Service for Fail to Comply with Probation.

• Fail to Comply Probation x 3

Police have been actively attempting to locate and arrest MacDonald for the past five months. He is believed to be in the Hamilton and Niagara regions.

If you see Derrick MacDonald don’t approach and call 9-1-1 immediately. At this time police are not releasing further details in order to protect other parties involved.
