Hamilton Police have arrested the individual suspected of placing a recording device in a local east end restaurant bathroom stall.

On Thursday, September 22, 2022, Hamilton Police entered into a voyeurism investigation after a cellphone was located recording in a female restroom stall in a Hamilton’s east end restaurant.

Daniel St. Amour, 27 years-old, from Hamilton, will appear in court tomorrow morning. He is also facing additional charges by Hamilton Police for an unrelated incident and is wanted by Halton Police Service for failing to appear in court.

He is not an employee of the restaurant.
