Hamilton Police Investigating Attempted Abduction

Hamilton Police are investigating an attempted abduction that occurred while a female was walking in the area of Mount Albion Road and Albright Road.

On Tuesday, August 13, 2019, shortly after 3:00 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to the area of Mount Albion Road and Albright Road for reports of a possible abduction. A white SUV-style Jeep  approached the victim and a lone male exited the vehicle. The male stated, "Don't resist, get in the car" as he tried to grab her. The victim was able to physically defend herself in an attempt to create distance and was able to run away. The male got back into the vehicle and drove northbound on Mount Albion.

The suspect is described as follows:

  • Male
  • Caucasian
  • Late 40s to early 50s
  • Medium build
  • 6ft tall
  • Short dirty blonde hair
  • Short beard
  • Heavy accent
  • Black glasses
  • No tattoos or piercings
  • Green construction shirt with yellow reflective
  • Dark blue jeans
  • White running shoes
