Hamilton Police Investigating Shooting
Hamilton Police are currently investigating following the discharge of multiple gunshots.
On Monday, April 22, 2024, around 4:45 p.m., an altercation between a group of individuals lead to the discharge of multiple gunshots in the area of Grimsby Avenue and Britannia Avenue. Police can confirm that this is a targeted shooting and that there are no reported injuries at this time.
Hamilton Police are asking residents in the area to review their security surveillance cameras between the hours of 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. for any suspicious activity and to contact police. Detectives are also asking if you were driving in the area and have dash camera footage that would be suitable for review please contact the investigators.
