Hamilton Police BEAR unit continues to investigate an early morning Break and Enter to a downtown business. The suspect was scared off by a witness after obtaining several items. If you have any information, please contact police.

On Sunday, September 9, 2018, shortly after 8:00 a.m., Hamilton Police responded to 94 MacNab Street, North, for a break and enter in progress to Happy Hourz Pub. Prior to police arrival, the suspect fled the scene.

The investigation revealed the suspect entered the establishment from the west side of the building, accessed the bar area and gathered several items. A passerby spotted the intruder and yelled out to him, causing the suspect to flee the scene.

The suspect is described as follows; male, non-white, 6'0", wearing a dark hoodie and pants.
