HPS Investigating Downtown Shooting

Hamilton Police are searching for several suspects after a shooting at a Tim Hortons early Sunday evening.

On May 12, 2019, Hamilton Police were called to an altercation at Tim Hortons near Caroline and King Street. A male visiting the restaurant got into a confrontation with several males in the parking lot when one of the males pulled out a firearm and fired into the restaurant’s glass door. There were no reported injuries. The suspects fled and were last seen walking past the Staybridge Suites.

Hamilton Police continue to investigate the incident and will be releasing suspect descriptions once video surveillance is reviewed. Currently, the suspects and firearm remain outstanding.
