Police Investigate a Scotia Bank Robbery

Hamilton Police are investigating a Scotia Bank Robbery that occurred at 999 King Street West in Hamilton during mid-day business hours.

On February 4, 2019, shortly after 1:00 p.m., two males with fully covered faces and hoodies entered the bank, jumped the counter and demanded cash. The males left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money. They were witnessed leaving the area in a light coloured 4-door sedan. No weapons were seen and no injuries.

  • Grey hooded sweater and track pants
  • Black gloves and shoes
  • Balaclava

Suspect #2

  • Dark hooded winter jacket, pants were worn low on hips
  • Black shoes and gloves
  • Balaclava
