The Hamilton Police HEAT unit has located and arrested Daniel Joseph Whalen without incident. Divisional Detectives are continuing the investigation with the potential of additional charges being laid.

Daniel Whalen is scheduled to appear at the John Sopinka Courthouse on Saturday, November 30, 2019, to answer to several criminal charges.

• Break and Enter with Intent x 3
• Robbery x 2
• Break and Enter Commit x 2
