Hamilton Police Looking to Identify Hasty Market Robbery Suspect

Hamilton Police are looking to identify a male involved in a robbery at the Hasty Market on Queenston Road, Hamilton. The suspect fled eastbound on foot with an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency. 

On January 9, 2019, shortly before 9:00 p.m., a robbery occurred at the Hasty Market located at 732 Queenston Road, Hamilton. A male suspect entered the business brandishing a knife and demanded money. After the suspect obtained the cash from the victim, he fled the store. The victim did not receive any injuries.

Suspect Description

  • Male white, 40-60-years-old, 5’9 to 5’11
  • Wearing a dark coloured jacket with hood up, dark pants and shoes
