On Sunday, October 27, 2019, shortly after 1:30 a.m., police responded to a male injured by a knife during a large house party. Police are looking for more witnesses to come forward.

On Saturday, October 26, 2019, a home on West 2nd Street in Hamilton had been hosting a party with100-200 people in attendance. Police were called in the early morning hours of Sunday to assist a 21-year-old male from Hamilton with a cut to his body. The victim indicated he stepped in to help out a female who was involved in a confrontation with an unknown male when he received his injuries.

He was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
