Hamilton Police are now investigating Sam’s Tavern in relation to the Liquor Licence Act.

On Sunday, March 8, 2020, shortly after 5:00 a.m., Hamilton Police responded for reports of gunshots fired at Sam’s Tavern and the Urban Lounge, located at 632 Barton Street East. During the investigation, police observed evidence to support violations of the Liquor Licence Act.

The Hamilton Police Vice Unit has now commenced an investigation under the Liquor Licence Act at the establishment.
