Police Seek Assistance in Identification of Robbery Suspect

Hamilton Police continue to investigate a robbery that occurred on Sunday, July 24, 2022 and are looking to identify the suspect.

On Sunday, July 24, 2022, shortly before 8:00 a.m., a lone male suspect entered a business in the area of Upper James Street and Hester Street on the city’s west mountain.

The suspect approached the front counter and demanded currency. He was successful in this demand then proceeded to flee on foot northbound towards the rear of Dave Andreychuk Arena.

There were no physical injuries obtained by the victim.

Investigators are appealing for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect for this robbery.
