The Collision Reconstruction Unit has completed the investigation into the fail to remain collision that occurred on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, which claimed the life of a Hamilton resident. A 32-year-old Hamilton man has been identified as the driver responsible for the collision that occurred on Balsam Avenue and Maplewood Avenue in the City of Hamilton. 

He was arrested on Tuesday May 24, 2022 and his next court appearance is Friday, May 27, 2022.
