Drugs and Weapons Seized at Hamilton Mountain Residence
Hamilton Police charged two males after finding drugs and firearms in a Hamilton Mountain residence.
On December 6, 2018, Hamilton Police Vice and Drug branch executed a search warrant at a Hamilton Mountain residence. Once inside the home, police located a substantial amount of illicit drugs as well as a firearm and ammunition. One male from Hamilton faces drugs and firearms charges while a second male also faces charges for possession of the firearm
As a result of the investigation, Stephen Macdonald, a 30-year-old male, from Hamilton, and Naaman Walters a 19-year-old male, were both arrested and charged with the following offences:

- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a firearm

- Possession of Fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of Cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of Heroin for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of Proceeds of Crime under $5,000.00
- Adult Possession of a firearm Contrary To Order
Total amount of drugs seized
- 651 grams of fentanyl and heroin
- 300 grams of cocaine
Police estimate the street value of the drugs seized at $ 220,000. Also seized was a Non-Restricted Semi-Automatic Simonov SKS 1945 Rifle along with ammunition
The accused appeared in court on Friday, December 7, 2018, to answer to several criminal charges.
