Hamilton Police Execute Search Warrant at Illegal Dispensary

On Wednesday, September 26, 2018, shortly before 5:45 p.m., Hamilton Police Vice and Drug Unit executed a search warrant at an illegal marihuana dispensary in the area of Upper Sherman Avenue and Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton. A 37-year-old Hamilton man and a 30-year-old Hamilton woman were arrested after attempting to flee during the execution of the warrant.

Hamilton Police have seized processed marihuana, THC Based products and edibles, in total weighing in excess of 60 lbs.

The accused parties appeared in court on Thursday, September 27, 2018, to answer to the charges.
