Hamilton Police Lay Sexual Assault Charges Against Chiropractor

In January 2018, the Hamilton Police Sexual Assault Unit received a report of sexual assault involving a female victim who reported that she was sexually assaulted by her Chiropractor back in the fall of 2015. An investigation commenced and it was revealed that another woman had also reported that she was sexually assaulted by the same Chiropractor in January of 2016. This investigation was reopened and investigators developed information from both cases which have led to the arrest of the involved male.

On July 26, 2018, the accused was arrested, charged and later released on a Recognizance.

Charged: Dr Scott Huehn (60-years) resident of Dundas

Charges: Sexual Assault (2 counts)

The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit continues to investigate and believe that there may be more victims that had contact with Doctor Scott Huehn
