The Hamilton Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Joseph Roach.

Joseph was reported missing on July 17, 2019, and known to frequent the downtown core and Charlton Avenue East and Walnut Street South areas.

Joseph has never gone missing in the past and therefore this is an unusual departure from his normal behaviour causing his family to be concerned for his well-being. Joseph requires medication for high blood pressure.

Description:

• White male, 51-years-of-age
• 5’7 tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and short receding brown hair
• Tattoo on his right upper arm “born to raise hell” and “Dawn 1980” on his right forearm
