Hamilton Police have received the results of the post-mortem on Abdalla Hassan. The coroner has indicated that 17-year-old Abdalla Hassan was killed by gunshot wound. The location and number of shots will not be disclosed as this forms evidence before the courts. Police have also recovered a firearm believed to be used in the murder.

No other evidence pertaining to the murder of Abdalla will be disclosed as this matter, involving youth, is currently before the courts. Police continue to interview witnesses. 

Abdalla's family has requested privacy as they grieve the loss of their son.
