On Saturday, July 16, 2022, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to a shooting on Fullerton Avenue , where a resident heard a loud bang followed by breaking glass in his residence.

Police can confirm a shooting incident occurred and no injuries were reported.

Hamilton Police are asking residents in the area to review their security surveillance cameras between the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for any suspicious activity and to contact police. Detectives are also asking anyone driving in the area at that time with dash camera footage to contact investigators.
