Hamilton Police Service is requesting assistance in locating James Robert Tupper, 41. Tupper is currently wanted by Hamilton Police and is considered violent. 

Tupper is believed to be in the Hamilton / Burlington area. He is wanted for the following charges:

• Utter Threats and Utter Threats to Cause Death
• Criminal Harassment
• Breach Probation x13
• Fail to Report to Probation

Tupper is described as a male, white, 6’0, 192 lbs.

If Tupper is observed, police ask that members of the public call 911. Do not approach Tupper as he is considered dangerous.
